About Payclose
Payclose is a non-custodial workflow tool for distributed teams that pay contractors in USDT or USDC: it keeps rates, bonuses, invoices and payout addresses in one place, shows every change since the last period, collects approvals, and prepares a batch transaction that the company signs from its own wallet.
Why it exists
Teams that pay contractors in stablecoins usually run the monthly payout from a spreadsheet, chat messages and manual transfers. Rates and bonuses live in one file. Payout addresses arrive in chat. Someone copies each one into a wallet, line by line, and the rest of the team finds out afterwards.
Nothing in that setup shows what changed since last month, who agreed to it, or whether the address someone pasted is the one the contractor sent. And a stablecoin transfer can’t be reversed: a mistake often comes to light only when a contractor says they weren’t paid.
Payclose keeps that work in one place. Each payout is compared with the last one, every new address is checked and approved before it’s paid, approvals are signed, and the payout is checked on-chain once it’s sent. Your company still pays from its own wallet.
Where it is now
- In beta, and free during the beta. Anyone can sign up at run.payclose.app.
- EVM networks first: USDC on Ethereum, Base and Arbitrum, and USDT on Ethereum and Arbitrum, paid from a Safe multisig or a regular wallet such as MetaMask or Rabby. TRON comes later.
- Free tools without an account: a payout diff checker, a payout address checker, a Safe CSV Airdrop file builder and a payout proof checker, all running in your browser.
- Written down: the docs describe the app as it works today, and the changelog lists what changed, week by week.
Payclose is in beta. It does not provide custody, money transmission, tax, legal or employment services.
What we hold to
- Non-custodial. Payclose never holds funds or keys and can’t move money. Your team signs every transaction in its own wallet. What that means in practice.
- Proof you can check without us. Approvals are passkey signatures, every approved payout comes with a proof file anyone can check at /verify, and every payout is reconciled against the chain.
- Your data stays out of analytics. The app has no advertising or analytics trackers. This website’s analytics never receive an email address, a company name or anything you put into the free tools. See the privacy notice.
- Only what’s built. The site and the docs describe what the app does today; what’s planned, like TRON, is called “later” until it ships.
