Review what changed
The new payout is compared with the last one: who joined or left, whose rate, bonus or address changed, whose invoice is missing, and which amount looks unusual. You can try the comparison on two of your own payout CSVs with the free payout diff checker.

Approve the payout
The people who sign off do it in one place, and their name and time are recorded. Each approval is a passkey signature, so an auditor can check the payout’s proof file in the payout proof checker.

Sign and send
Payclose prepares one batch transaction per network and proposes it to your company’s Safe. Your owners sign it in their own wallets, and Payclose checks on-chain that every transfer matches the approved list.
2 transactions signed. 24 of 24 transfers matched.
New addresses are checked and approved before anyone is paid
Stablecoin transfers can’t be reversed. Paying an old, mistyped or look-alike address is the costliest mistake in a crypto payout, and the easiest one to make by eye.
Each new address is checked for look-alikes of every address you’ve paid before, and for checksum typos. You see the old and new address side by side, the change needs approval, and no payout can use the new address until 24 hours after it’s approved.
Already have this month’s addresses in a spreadsheet? Run them through the free payout address checker first; nothing leaves your browser.

What a look-alike address looks like
Address poisoning relies on an address that starts and ends like one you already use. Payclose flags a new address when this happens.

Who controls what

Common questions
How is this different from batch sending or uploading a CSV to a multisig?
Batch tools send whatever is in the file. Payclose works on the month before the file exists: it compares this payout with the last one, flags new people, removed people, changed rates, bonuses and addresses, missing invoices and unusual amounts, and collects approvals. The batch transaction is the last step, and the history of who changed and approved what stays attached to it.
Does Payclose hold our funds, or act as a wallet or exchange?
No. Payclose is workflow software. Funds stay in your company wallet and your team signs every payout. Payclose never has access to your keys, can't move money, and doesn't store, exchange or convert crypto.
Which stablecoins and networks does it support?
USDC on Ethereum, Base and Arbitrum, and USDT on Ethereum and Arbitrum, paid from your company's Safe multisig or from a regular wallet such as MetaMask or Rabby. For a Safe, Payclose builds one batch transaction per network and proposes it to your Safe, where your owners sign and execute it from their own wallets; you can also export the approved payout as a Safe CSV Airdrop file. From a regular wallet you pay in the app: in one transaction where the wallet supports batches, otherwise one per recipient. TRON comes later.
Does it handle taxes, contracts or employment?
No. Payclose is not an employer of record and doesn't calculate or file taxes or provide legal advice. It's for teams that already work with contractors and want the monthly payout itself to be orderly.
Is Payclose available now?
Yes, as a beta. Sign up at run.payclose.app with your work email: you get a sign-in link, create your organization and invite the people who approve payouts. Payouts run on EVM networks today, from a Safe or a regular wallet; TRON comes later.
What does it cost?
Nothing during the beta, and no card is needed. We'll agree pricing with beta teams before anyone is charged. Network fees for your transactions are paid from your own wallet, as with any transfer.
