Who we are
payclose.app is run by the Payclose team, who decide how the data below is used. For anything about your data, email hello@payclose.app.
Payclose is in the research stage. This page collects interest in a private beta; there is no product account to sign up for.
What we collect
- Your work email, and your company name if you add it.
- Your answers to the optional questions: team size, how many people you pay in crypto, how you pay today, what’s hardest, and what pricing would feel fair.
- How you reached the page: the ad or email campaign (UTM tags), the referring website and which version of the page you saw.
- Your approximate country, derived from your IP address by our hosting provider. We don’t store the IP address itself.
We don’t ask for wallet addresses, payment details or anything about the people you pay.
Why we use it
To invite you to the private beta, to email you about it, and to understand which problems matter most to teams like yours. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form. We don’t send newsletters, and we never sell or share your details for marketing.
Cookies and analytics
The page sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosts this site and stores form submissions.
- Google Workspace: our email, and spreadsheets we may use to review submissions.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the providers’ data processing terms.
How long we keep it
Until the private beta research ends, and no longer than 24 months after you submit the form. If you ask us to delete your details earlier, we will.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing hello@payclose.app. We’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
